- W2287935166 abstract "Polyurethane was prepared by PC?2000 and MDI, and the hindered phenol AO?80 modified polyure?thane/poly(butyl methacrylate) interpenetrating polymer networks(PU/PBMA IPN) was prepared by polyurethane prepolymers, chain extender, butyl methacrylate and initiator through heat curing method and room temperature curing method.The effect of curing method, ratio of PU and PBMA, dosage of hindered phenol AO?80 was discussed. Through the dynamic mechanics analysis,thermo?gravimetric analyzer and scanning electron microscope, the effect of reaction variable on damping performance, thermal stability and microstructure morphology of this material was char?acterized. The results of the study showed that AO?80 could improve the damping performance of the IPN, thus effec?tively broaden the damping temperature range. When the mass ratio of polyurethane/polybutyl methacrylate was 60/40, the weight ratio of AO?80 was 28%, the damping properties of the IPN material was the best." @default.
