Palabras claveAutoridad Ley Subjetivacion JovenesABSTRACTAUTHORITY, SIMBOLIC LAW AND SUBJETIVATION IN THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF HIGH SCHOOL The contemporary crisis of education -of the school as an educational institution, and, particularly, of high school- can be conceived as a crisis of authority and of a structuring symbolic law if what is at stake - and in doubt- is the capacity of adults as guarantors in the process of cultural transmission and the social framework that supports it. These question arises a research work, and proposes recognizing in what sense this symbolic law which structures human actions -and the authority which supports it-, and which gives rise to subjetivation processes (the symbolic, the language, and the reference), is undergoing a transformation process and whether the form in which it is currently embodied in educational institutions -which apparently are in a process of de-institutionalization- should be reformulated in today’s social and historical circumstances. A bibliographical research into the concepts of authority and symbolic law and their structuring function of human actions will be conducted, taking political philosophy, psychoanalysis, and social pedagogy as their theoretical frame. Simultaneously, new possibilities of thinking the law and exerting authority in contemporary educational institutions that work with young people will be explored through the analysis of ongoing experiences.Key wordsAuthority Law Subjetivation Youths" @default.
