- W2290596188 abstract "When several companies want to implement a supply chain, two main problems must be solved: how to define the supply chain organisation taking into account the resources, the management... and how to measure the performances of this supply chain. A lot of methods have been developed to model the supply chain to facilitate its understanding, its definition and its implementation. Some of these methods are also completed with a method to define performance indicators. On the other way, it exists methods based questionnaires which aim at investigate the system in order to detect the strong points and points to improved based on reference models. So, this paper aims at presenting these two kinds of methods. The first part presents the AFNOR method which can be used as a reference model of business processes for the supply chain. In the second part, the famous SCOR model is presented, insisting on the functions and on the performance indicators for the supply chain. In a third part, the GRAI model and ECOGRAI method are presented in order to allow the modelling of the various enterprise and the definition and implementation of PI in the supply chain. The fourth part details the ASLOG framework and EVALOG method are presented. These methods are based on specific questionnaire are reference models to analyse the existing supply chain. Then, a comparison is performed between all these methods in order to draw some conclusions concerning potential complementarities between them." @default.
