• W2290782164 abstract "El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar los resultados de un estudio exploratorio acerca de las modalidades subjetivas de apropiacion de los espacios de salud del ambito publico, revalorizando el analisis situacional en funcion de la interrogacion a la anamnesis tradicional del acto medico, la puesta dialogal con los saberes psicosociales y las narrativas adolescentes. Indagamos las representaciones y practicas de salud en los adolescentes de l2 a 20 anos que asisten a un Servicio de Adolescencia de un Hospital General. El contexto hospitalario puede ser la oportunidad no perdida de indagar un mas alla de la atencion de las dolencias fisicas o el control sanitario, posibilitando habilitar un espacio promocional y preventivo de la salud. La potencialidad de otras practicas clinicas contextuadas se facilita con la modalidad de gestion asociada, a partir del aporte asociativo de perspectivas interdisciplinarias e intersectoriales que resignifican actos y saberes marcados por el empirismo y las rutinas institucionales. Con un enfoque cualitativo y la implementacion de distintas tecnicas indagamos las construcciones y saberes sobre el cuerpo y la salud en una muestra de 100 adolescentes. Para esta presentacion abordaremos las categorizaciones sobre violencia y sexualidad y salud reproductiva.Palabras claveSituaciones Oportunidades Salud AdolescentesABSTRACTSITUATIONS AND OPPORTUNITIES AT A HEALTH CARE SETTING SPACE FOR ADOLESCENTS The aim of the present paper is to present the findings of an exploratory study on personal ways of appropriation of health spaces in the public system, revaluing the situational analysis based on the inquiry into the traditional anamnesis of the medical act and the dialogue with psychological and social knowledge and adolescents´ narrative modes. An inquiry into representation and health practices of adolescents from 12 to 20 years was carried out in a group attending an Adolescents´ Unit in a Hospital. In correspondence with the UBACyT research project: Communitary praxis on health (P058). The context of the hospital can be the opportunity not to miss, but to inquire beyond the care of physical pain or sanitary control, taking the chance to create a promotional and preventive space for heath. The potential of alternative medical practices in a context is facilitated through the associated management way. Along with a qualitative perspective and the use of different techniques, the inquiry was carried out into the representations and knowledge about body and health issues belonging to a sample of N: 100 adolescents.
