- W2291976946 abstract "Key word: friction disc, dynamic model, impact load, oil film thickness Abstract: According to the working mechanism of wet clutch and brake, nonlinear dynamics of teeth of friction disc strongly influences the dynamic behaviours. By utilizing Hertz contact theory and elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory the thickness and equivalent stiffness of oil film between inner gear of friction disc and outer spline in center shaft are being analyzed and the corresponding dynamic model and kinematic differential equations are established. Calculations and analysis are carried out on the dynamic model and finally the difference of dynamic response is being compared on geared dynamic systems with or without the oil film. The result showed that oil film affects the impact loads of gears in a large scale. It has been verified that the method is very applicable to the design of wet clutch and brake." @default.
