• W2292048488 abstract "บทคดยอ การวจยครงนมวตถประสงค เพอศกษา (1) สภาพปญหาของชมชนในองคการบรหารสวนตำบลคลองสาม อำเภอคลองหลวง จงหวดปทมธาน (2) ความตองการของประชาชนในการพฒนาตำบลคลองสาม จงหวดปทมธาน และ (3) แนวทางการพฒนาชมชนในเขตพนทองคการบรหารสวนตำบลคลองสาม อำเภอคลองหลวง จงหวดปทมธาน รปแบบของการวจยเปนการวจยเชงคณภาพ โดยการวเคราะหเอกสาร สมภาษณเชงลก และการสนทนากลมผใหขอมลสำคญ ไดแก ประชาชนในเขตพนทบรหารจดการขององคการบรหารสวนตำบลคลองสาม ผบรหารและพนกงานทองถนขององคการบรหารสวนตำบลคลองสาม และองคกรภาครฐทเกยวของ เชน ทองถนจงหวด ทองถนอำเภอ พฒนาชมชน นำมาวเคราะหขอมลดวยการตความตามประเดนและวตถประสงคหลกของการวจย ผลการวจย สรปไดดงน 1. สภาพปญหาขององคการบรหารสวนตำบลคลองสาม ขอมลทไดโดยจดอนดบจากทมปญหามากทสดไปจนมปญหานอยทสด คอ อนดบท 1 ยาเสพตด อนดบท 2 ขยะมลฝอย อนดบท 3 การจราจร อนดบท 4 นำเนาเสยในคลอง อนดบท 5 ปญหาเยาวชน อนดบท 6 อาชญากรรม อนดบท 7 การวางงาน 2. ความตองการของประชาชนในการพฒนาตำบลคลองสาม จงหวดปทมธาน คอ ความตองการใน การแกไขปญหาดานยาเสพตด เนองจากปญหายาเสพตดทำใหเกด  ผลกระทบตามมา การแกไขปญหาดานขยะมลฝอยโดยขอใหองคการบรหารสวนตำบลคลองสาม ดำเนนการเกยวกบการบรหารจดการเกบขยะ เพอใหมปญหาขยะตกคางการแกไขปญหาดานการจราจร ขอใหองคการบรหารสวนตำบลคลองสามสงเจาหนาทเขาไปจดการจราจรในพนททมปญหาเรองการจราจรตดขด การแกไขปญหานำเนาเสย ขอใหองคการบรหารสวนตำบลคลองสามบงคบใชกฎหมายกบโรงงานอตสาหกรรมอยางเครงครด การแกไขปญหาปญหาเยาวชน ขอใหหนวยงานทเกยวของเขาตรวจสอบรานเกมสทเปดเลยเวลาตามทกฎหมายกำหนด เพอไมใหเกดการมวสม และการแกไขปญหาอาชญากรรม ขอใหองคการบรหารสวนตำบลคลองสามจดเวรยาม หรอประสานเจาหนาทตำรวจชวยสอดสองเปนจดๆ เพอลดปญหาอาชญากรรม การแกไขปญหาการวางงาน ขอใหองคการบรหารสวนตำบลคลองสามชวยสงเสรมอาชพเพอใหประชาชน ผทวางงานมรายไดเพมขน 3. แนวทางการพฒนาชมชนในเขตพนทองคการบรหารสวนตำบลคลองสาม อำเภอคลองหลวง จงหวดปทมธาน คอ ควรทจะมการปรบทศนคตของตวเอง โดยการแกทคนในชมชน และครอบครวเปนอนดบแรก เพราะหนวยงานเปนเพยงผทสนบสนนไดในบางเรอง ตราบใดทประชาชนไมสรางวนยในตวเองแลว การแกไขปญหาในภาพรวมกไมสามารถสมฤทธผลได หนวยงานควรมการบงคบใชกฎหมายอยางเขมขน ไมมการผอนผนใหกบผทฝาฝนขอบงคบตางๆ สำหรบในเรองทจะตองประสานงานกบหนวยงานภายนอก เพอเรงแกไขปญหาอยางรบดวนเพอใหเกดความปรองดองของประชาชนในพนทและหนวยงานทเกยวของควรเขามามสวนรวมในการดำเนนการแกไขปญหาและพฒนาชมชน หนวยงานในจงหวด อำเภอ และองคกรเอกชนตางๆ ABSTRACT The objectives of this research were to study 1) problems of community in Klongsam Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Klaongluang District, Pathumthani Province 2) the need of people in developing Klongsam Subdistrict and 3) In the way of  developing the community in the area of Klongsam Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Klaongluang District and so on. The format of quantitative research  was analyze in using deep-interview documents, discussion, the group of data providers including people in the area of Klongsam Subdistrict Administrative Organization. The administrator and local officials of Subdistrict Administrative Organization and related state Organization like: provincial and district locals, the office of community development were analyze according to the data by depending on an interpretation on an issues and main purpose of research The result of research can be summarized as follows 1. The problem of Klongsam Subdistrict Administrative Organization depends on an arranged in order from the most problems to the fewest namely 1 narcotic 2 garbage 3 traffics 4 Polluted water  5 Youth’s problem 6 Crime and 7 Joblessness. 2. The need of people in developing Klongsam Subdistrict, Pathumthani Province was to need the solving narcotic problem since the narcotic problem caused the effect, the solving of garbage problem depends on Klongsam Subdistrict Administrative Organization in the proceeding a garbage management so that the garbage problem did not remain. the solving of traffic problem asked Klongsam Subdistrict Administrative Organization for managing traffic in the problem area, the solving of polluted water requested Klongsam Subdistrict Administrative Organization to have strictly law enforcement to industry factory, the solving of youth's problem informed related offices to investigate games shop opening illegally over time so that no gathering for unlawful purpose and the solving of crime requested Klongsam Subdistrict Administrative Organization for guarding or participating the police for investigating some places so that the problem of crime was reduced, the solving of Joblessness problem invited Klongsam Subdistrict Administrative Organization to encourage a career promotion so that the jobless people would have the profit more. 3. The way of developing the community in the area of Klongsam Subdistrict Administrative Organization Klongsam Subdistrict, Pathumthani Province was to properly adjust self-attitudes by developing and family at first because the offices supporter in some matter. Whenever people did not have self-disciplines, the solving total problem could not obtain a success. the office should have very strictly law enforcement without accommodating people violating various regulation.  For the matter cooperation with outside office for accelerately solving so that compromise occurred in the area related office should come to participate in the problem solving and a development of community and another offices." @default.
