- W2296391987 abstract "目前台灣有30多萬名外勞，回顧過去有關外籍勞工等相關研究，發現外籍勞工在台灣所被關心的議題多半與社會、經濟相關，鮮少有人關心休閒生活的情形。因此本研究之目的即在於探討外籍勞工休閒偏好、休閒參與(外籍勞工來台前後的休閒活動-祖國休閒、在台休閒)、在台休閒阻礙、在台休閒滿意度與生活滿意度之關係，並以桃園縣菲勞及泰勞為調查對象。利用方便抽樣方式選取研究樣本，進行問卷訪查。總計發放1,320份問卷，回收有效問卷634份，有效問卷回收率48.03%，然後用敘述性統計、信度分析、單因子變異數分析、成對樣本T檢定、獨立樣本T檢定和結構方程模型等方法進行資料分析。研究結果顯示：1.菲勞及泰勞的個人社經背景及特質，顯著影響其休閒偏好、休閒參與(外籍勞工來台前後的休閒活動-祖國休閒、在台休閒)、在台休閒阻礙、在台休閒滿意度與生活滿意度。2.菲勞及泰勞來台灣前後的休閒活動參與有顯著差異。3.菲勞及泰勞間的休閒偏好、休閒參與(外籍勞工來台前後的休閒活動-祖國休閒、在台休閒)、在台休閒阻礙、在台休閒滿意度與生活滿意度等皆有顯著差異。4.菲勞及泰勞的休閒偏好與祖國休閒有顯著關係，但卻與在台休閒無顯著關係，又祖國休閒與在台休閒有顯著關係，這顯示祖國休閒與休閒偏好有關，休閒偏好與在台休閒行為有落差。5.菲勞及泰勞的在台休閒阻礙對在台休閒及在台休閒滿意有負向顯著關係。6.菲勞及泰勞的在台休閒與在台休閒滿意有正向顯著關係，在台休閒滿意與在台生活滿意也為正向顯著關係，這顯示在台休閒透過休閒滿意而影響生活滿意。" @default.
