It is thus extremely necessary for the organisation to create a robust training and development system which would identify the training needs scientifically, impart the right training as required and also give proper scope for utilisation of the newly learnt areas. In the telecom industry, considering the present scenario of growth and opportunity, focus on training and development is inevitable. The study endeavours to find out the impetus on training and development in BSNL Odisha. The study expressed that there is a satisfactory implementation of training and development mechanism, though further improvement is required in this domain for an organisation." @default.
