- W2301887851 abstract "The problem of the additives real consumption by a determinate part of the colectivity is one of the objectives exposed by CCFA in their research guidelines in this field. The present study is on that line. Nowadays is a fact the wide use of additives in the food sectors. Once the additives inoquity is demostrated at the level of DDA is necessary to know the technologycal dose which shows the real presence of the additives consumption in relation with the feeding habits, in order to check it is the DDA is overpassed. Without that knowlegment it is not possible to be sure that the consummer is really protected. In order to approach the problem we planned a theoretycal study, based in this assumption that all the food contained the maximum dose of the additive allowed, and the consumption is reasonable in the average´s limits of the feedings habits for a determinated population gather from the Enquiry of the family budget prepared by the National Institute of Statistics. The present work is an approach at this level for one group of additive. In particular it is analyzed and studied the ingestion of Sorbic and Benzoic Acids, in the average of the national consumption in the area of Mediterranean coast." @default.
