- W2313098889 abstract "オボマクログロブリン-セラチアプロテアーゼ複合体の化学量論比をX線溶液散乱法により解析した.オボマクログロブリン(OMG)溶液(濃度13μM)にセラチアプロテアーゼ(TSP)を加えていくと,TSP濃度約15μMまでOMGの慣性半径Rg及びln[I(0)]が急激に変化し,その後ほぼ一定になった.同様の実験をプロテアーゼ活性のないapo-TSPで行うと,Rg及びln[I(0)]の変化は直線的で,TSPと明らかに異なった傾向が観測された.この結果をモデル計算でシミュレーションすると, OMGとTSPは化学量論比1:1の複合体を形成し, TSP濃度をOMG濃度の2倍以上に上げても1:1複合体以外の複合体は形成されないことが明らかとなった.以上の結果から,X線溶液散乱法は,その測定の簡便性並びに微量測定により生体高分子の複合体形成の解析,特に,複合体形成により分子の大きさが減少する系の解析に有効な手段であることが判明した." @default.
