- W2313302562 abstract "分别以Fe-Co合金磁粉为铁磁相、纳米BaTiO3为铁电相,通过机械球磨制备出片状Fe-Co/BaTiO3系铁电-铁磁复合吸收剂;利用X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征样品的相组成和形貌,利用振动样品磁强计(VSM)测试样品的磁滞回线,采用矢量网络分析仪测试Fe-Co磁粉/BaTiO3/粘结基体复合体系在2~18 GHz范围的复介电常数和复磁导率。结果表明:复合体系中保持铁磁相含量一定,有利于获得较高的电磁参数以实现大的电磁损耗;样品的介电常数和磁导率随铁电相比例的增加相应增大,但BaTiO3比例过大时不利于其复磁导率的进一步提高;计算的反射系数曲线显示,适当比例的铁电、铁磁相复合体系可获得相对较高的介电常数和磁导率大小及改善电磁参数间匹配性,具有相对较小的反射系数。" @default.
