- W2313317426 abstract "当院において1981年～1992年に組織診断または細胞診にて大細胞癌と診断された40例を, CYT群 (細胞診: 大細胞癌, 組織診: 大細胞癌以外, すなわち非大細胞癌) の18例, HIS群 (細胞診: 非大細胞癌, 組織診: 大細胞癌) の16例, 一致群 (細胞診・組織診: 大細胞癌) の6例, の3群に分け, 細胞所見, 組織像, 粘液染色, 免疫細胞化学の所見につき検討した. 細胞所見では, 背景の壊死像・孤立性の腫瘍細胞・巨細胞・cytophagocytosisなどの従来より大細胞癌に特徴的といわれる所見は, HIS群よりも, むしろCYT群に高頻度に認められた. さらに, 核の大小不同はCYT群で有意に大きかった。CYT群では, 組織学的に低分化のものが多く, 細胞診断が組織診断と一致しなかったものと思われる. 粘液染色・免疫細胞化学でも, 正確な細胞診断の補助にはいたらなかった." @default.
