- W2313615675 abstract "唾液腺腫瘍は組織像や生物学的態度が多彩である。適切な診断，治療の発展の基礎となることを目的とし，我々の施設で1983年～2007年の約24年間に手術された大唾液腺原発性腫瘍551例を収集・解析した。その内訳は，上皮性腫瘍537例（97.5%），血液・リンパ系腫瘍10例，間葉系腫瘍4例であった。上皮性腫瘍537例（耳下腺475例，顎下腺62例）中，悪性は123例（22.9%）であったが，悪性の占める割合は，耳下腺20%に対し，顎下腺は45.2%と高率であった。組織型別では多形腺腫285例（53.1%），ワルチン腫瘍104例（19.4%）の順に多く，悪性では，腺様嚢胞癌（25例），粘表皮癌（17例），多形腺腫由来癌（15例）が多かった。また，多形腺腫の癌化は5%（15/300例）程度と推定された。また，多形腺腫由来癌の悪性成分は多彩だったが，高悪性度である唾液腺導管癌も少なくなく，注意が必要である。" @default.
