• W2314441350 abstract "ラット唾液腺のシアリダーゼ活性を合成基質である4-methylumbelliferyl-α-D-N-acetylneuraminic acid (4MU-AcNeu) を用いて測定し, さらに, 2・3の酵素学的性質について検討した。唾液腺のシアリダーゼは, 総活性, 比活性ともに顎下腺で最も高く, 次いで耳下腺舌下腺の順であった。唾液腺ホモジネートでのシアリダーゼの至適pHは, 顎下腺で4.0, 舌下腺と耳下腺では4.5であり, 脳, 肝臓および腎臓のシアリダーゼの至適pH (4.0～4.5) とよく一致した。各唾液腺ともにリソゾーム画分に多くの活性が認められ, 顎下腺と耳下腺では可溶性画分にも活性が認められた。リソゾーム画分のシアリダーゼの至適pH, さらに4MU-AcNeuに対するKm値は, ホモジネートで測定した場合の値とよく一致した (至適pH, 4.0～4.5; Km値, 0.09mM) 。一方, 顎下腺と耳下腺の可溶性画分の至適pHは5.5, Km値は0.25mMであり, リソゾーム画分のシアリダーゼのそれらとは異なる値を示した。" @default.
