- W2314668936 abstract "目的：子どもの養育には，直接関わる母親自身が療養生活を前向きに捉えられることで，子どもへのケアの質の向上，養育や育児への参加意欲の向上が見込まれると考える．本研究では，養育上の困難を抱える母親のempowermentの概念分析を行い，慢性疾患や障害を抱える子どもの母親への支援として，実践や研究における有用性を検討することである．方法：1983～2005年の看護学，心理学の領域から47文献を便宜的に抽出し，分析対象とした．Rodgersの分析方法を参考にして概念分析を行った．結果：「養育上の困難を抱える母親のempowerment」の属性として【知識の獲得】【パートナーシップの構築】【気づき】【ポジティブな感覚】【問題解決能力の取得】【主体的な行動】の6つのカテゴリーが抽出された．先行要因として【母親の属性】【親役割の脆弱性】【子どもの状態】が抽出された．帰結として【親役割の成熟】【精神的な安定】【自己成長】【子どものwell-beingの促進】が抽出された．結論：「養育上の困難を抱える母親のempowerment」という概念は，慢性疾患や障害を抱える子どもの母親への支援として，実践や研究において有用であると考えられた．" @default.
