- W2314807260 abstract "妄想の認知療法では，妄想の内容を変えることよりも，感情や行動を変えるほうが重要だという指摘がある。この考えに基づいて，本研究では，被害妄想に伴う感情を測定する尺度（EPDS）を開発した。大学生401名（男性209名，女性192名）がEPDSに回答し，そのうちの130名（男性60名，女性70名）が自己関係づけ尺度と妄想観念チェックリストにも回答した。構造方程式モデリング（SEM）を用いた検証的因子分析の結果，モデルはデータによく適合しており，因子的妥当性が確認された。EPDSと他の尺度との間には有意な相関が認められ，併存的妥当性が示唆された。また，尺度項目について高い判別力や高い内的整合性が得られた。これらの結果は，EPDSが十分な信頼性と妥当性を有することを示唆している。" @default.
