- W2315243176 abstract "食品成分表示・栄養教育検討委員会ではこれまで栄養成分表示に関する調査を行い，報告書として発表し，また栄養成分表示や健康強調表示に関するシンポジウムなどを開催してきた。前期の委員会では栄養成分表示と健康強調表示に関する意識調査を多様な対象者について行った。今期はこの調査結果を以前の調査と比較しながら，報告書としてまとめることとした。また，今後は新たな調査も加えて，栄養教育の観点から栄養成分表示や健康強調表示のあり方について，一定の見解をまとめた。本調査では，栄養成分表示，健康強調表示については，特定保健用食品や栄養機能食品，「いわゆる健康食品」について，認知，利用，情報源などについて調査した。その結果，(1) 栄養成分表示は広く見られており，健康維持や増進のために利用されている。しかし，現状の表示は分かりにくく，また対象食品が限られていることから，消費者は改善を望んでいる。これらの結果は前回調査と同様であった。(2) 特定保健用食品の認知度はきわめて高く，利用もされていた。とくに若い世代，学生での認知や利用が高いが，高齢者や生活雑誌読者での利用は低かった。他方，関心のある保健の用途は「体に脂肪が付きにくい」や「お腹の調子を整える」，「腸内環境を整える」などであった。しかし，保健の用途の関心と成分の関連には十分な認識がなく，消費者への情報提供が十分ではないと思われた。(3) 栄養機能食品に対する認知や利用は特定保健用食品に比べると低かったが，世代間の傾向は(2)の特定保健用食品と同様であった。(4)「いわゆる健康食品」の利用については特定保健用食品の利用とは異なる傾向を示した。すなわち年齢階層による差異が少なく，高齢者による利用も高く，特定保健用食品とは異なっていた。 「いわゆる健康食品」に関する情報源はテレビや知人・友人からのものが多く，科学的な根拠の入手が困難な状況にあることを反映している。今後「いわゆる健康食品」の有用性や安全性の確保についてどのような制度を作るかが課題と思われる。" @default.
