- W2315355103 abstract "これまでに明らかにされた病巣局在の結果に基づいて，孤立性失読・失書の新しい神経学的分類を提唱した。従来の分類との違いは以下の通りである。(1) 非古典型純粋失読は紡錘状回型と後頭葉後下部型に分けられる。紡錘状回型は漢字に著明な純粋失読，より一般的には単語の純粋失読，後頭葉後下部型は仮名の純粋失読，より一般的には文字の純粋失読と特徴づけられる。(2) 側頭葉後下部型の失読失書の病巣は紡錘状回中部・下側頭回（37 野）である。これより内側の病変（37 野）で紡錘状回型純粋失読が起こり，この背外側の病変（中側頭回後部，21/37 野）で漢字の純粋失書が起こる。(3) 角回性失読失書の病巣は角回だけでなくその後方の外側後頭回を含む。角回のみの病変では純粋失書になる。" @default.
