- W2315580233 abstract "イネは，湛水耐性を持つ数少ない作物の一つであるが，長期間の完全冠水下では生育が衰退する．今後，温暖化による浸水面積の増大や集中豪雨の発生頻度の増加などが予測されており，洪水常襲地域の稲作において，洪水被害対策は極めて重要である．その一つとして，イネの冠水ストレス抵抗性の向上があげられる．一般にイネは，冠水条件下で地上部の伸長速度を速め，水面上の好気条件を得て光合成による乾物生産をおこない，生産を拡大していく冠水回避性を示す．冠水回避性には，節間伸長に関わるSNORKEL1, 2（SK1, 2）遺伝子が関与しており，浮イネや深水イネに共通している．一方，イネの中には冠水中の地上部の茎葉伸長を抑制することで伸長に伴う炭水化物の消費を抑制して生存を維持する冠水耐性を示す品種もある．冠水耐性には，伸長抑制に関わるSUBMERGENCE1（Sub1）遺伝子の関与が明らかになっている．幼苗期のイネが急激な水位上昇をともなう短期間の完全冠水（フラッシュフラッド）に遭遇した場合，イネ体内のエチレン濃度が増加し，茎葉部の伸長促進，および葉身のクロロフィルの障害を助長し，伸長のためのエネルギー消費が増大して，炭水化物の枯渇を招くことが多い．しかし，冠水耐性イネは，冠水中の体内エチレン濃度の上昇を抑制し，ジベレリンに対する感受性をも低下させることで茎葉部伸長を抑制し，炭水化物の需給バランスを保つことが可能である．これら異なるイネの冠水抵抗性と生存戦略の知見は冠水抵抗性品種の育成に貢献することが期待される．" @default.
