- W2315703079 abstract "Gelatin is common biological materials used for drug preparations, such as hypocrellin B-gelatin nanoparticles. Interaction of hypocrellin B (HB) with gelatin and the photo-blanching of HB and photodamage of gelatin in aqueous solution was studied in this work. It was found the absorption peak of HB was red-shifted from 470nm to 514nm and appearance an isobestic point at around 480nm interacted at dark at pH 7.4. The spectroscopic responses of the photoblanching of HB and photodamage of gelatin in aqueous solution were studied by irradiation, the wavelengths longer than 470 nm, with air saturated, oxygen-saturated, argon-saturated respectively. The absorbance of HB decreased, and the fluorescence of HB was quenched in aqueous solution at pH=7.4 by illumination, the content of HB in aqueous solution is 8.0 μM. The gelatin was photodamaged via photosensitization of HB in Phosphate buffered saline(PBS)at pH=7.4. Furthermore, photo-bleaching of HB and photodamage of gelatin are both oxygen-dependent." @default.
