- W2315703512 abstract "No study of NaTl-type Li compound films by vacuum evaporation technique has been reported. We have succeeded to make Li compound films by a new evaporation technique named Sandwitch-type evaporation method. The purpose of this report introduces the new technique and the study of the deposited films of LiAl and LiIn. The application of this to LiAl (LiIn) is as follows; the evaporation is done in the order of Al(In) first, then Li and Al(In), and finally Al(In) in a vacuum of about 10-6 torr, (i.e., the co-evaporated Al(In) and Li film is sandwitched between Al(In) films.). The degree of crystallization of electric resistance measurements during annealing. Good compounds were obtained after annealing at the substrate temperature of 350°C for more 90 minutes in LiAl films, and at more 200°C for 50 minutes in Liln films. Resistivity at room temperature was about 5×10-4 cm in LiAl films and 25×10-5 cm in Liln films. The latter agrees well with the resistivity of Liln bulk measured by E. Mooser etal. We are sure that this Sandwitch-type evaporation method may be applied to the deposition of NaTl-type Li compounds." @default.
