- W2316097683 abstract "恐怖や不安は，動物の生命存続のためになくてはならない情動であり，様々な情動のうちでも比較的研究が進んでいる。魚類における恐怖や不安の神経機構を調べる上で，それらの情動を再現し，定量的に計測するための有効な方法が不可欠である。最近，従来の動物心理学的な手法に，エソロジカルな考え方も取り入れた魚類の不安の定量化法が導入されつつある。代表的な例のひとつが「新奇環境テスト」であり，これは不安を惹起するような新しい環境（水槽）に魚が遭遇したとき，どのように対処するかを定量的に観察する方法である。もう一つが明暗（白黒背景）選好性テストであり，背景が暗いほうが安心するという魚の習性を利用した不安の定量法である。一方，恐怖については，古典的恐怖条件付けや回避条件付けなどの手法で定量化できるほか，警報物質や捕食者に対する生得的な恐怖反応を利用する方法も開発されている。これらの恐怖・不安定量化法を利用して，情動のメカニズムに関する行動神経科学的，生物医学的研究が進められている。 魚類は多様な環境に適応放散しているが，そのごく一部が研究対象となっているにすぎない。今後，興味深い不安・恐怖行動を示す魚種が発見され，情動メカニズムの進化の解明に寄与することを期待する。" @default.
