- W2316236265 abstract "症例は74歳，女性。39℃を超える発熱と左上腕および背部にそう痒を伴う暗紫色の持続性皮疹を認め，血清フェリチンが高値を示した。精査の結果，血清IL-18値が高値であったため，成人Still病と診断し，プレドニゾロン30mg/日投与にて治療を開始した。経過中，発熱の再燃を認めたため40mg/日に増量したところ，速やかに解熱をみた。その後，プレドニゾロンを漸減し，初診より70日後現在，5mg/日の投与で再燃をみていない。本症例はYamaguchiらの提唱する成人Still病の分類基準は満たさなかったが，近年の本疾患における知見をもとに血清IL-18値を測定し，早期治療開始が可能であった。血清IL-18など炎症性サイトカインの測定が本疾患の早期診断に有用と考えられたので報告した。" @default.
