- W2316307443 abstract "河川水中, ミクロシスチン類の微量分析法として液体クロマトグラフィー/質量分析法 (LC/MS) を検討し, エレクトロスプレーイオン化 (ESI) 法による高選択的高感度検出のための最適条件を見いだした。ODSカラムを用いた逆相分配系のLC条件で1) 移動相の種類, 2) 正, 負イオン同時測定条件, 3) フラグメンター電圧の効果, 4) ディスク固相による迅速試料濃縮法等の検討を行った。その結果, 移動相に0.1%ぎ酸を用いたESI法によるLC/MSで最も良好な結果が得られた。試料は逆相系ポリマーのディスク型固相を使用することにより迅速濃縮が可能でディスクに保持しない物質を除去後, 目的のミクロシスチン類をディスクから溶出させLC/MSで分析を行った。試料200mlに各ミクロシスチン類を2ng添加し, 本法で得られた回収率は, 河川水で89.3～94.2%, 又, 繰り返しの再現性 (n=5) は相対標準偏差で5.6～6.8%であった。定量限界は正イオンで12～14pg/ml, 負イオンで16pg/mlであった。検出限界は正イオンで4pg/ml, 負イオンで5pg/mlであった。以上のことから本法が河川水中の微量ミクロシスチン類の分析に極めて迅速な簡便で有用性の高い方法であることを実証することができた。" @default.
