- W2316469016 abstract "マグネシウムはvoltage dependent Ca channelおよびNMDA receptor-associatedchannelなどに作用し, 細胞内へのCaの流入に拮抗する.我々は既にMg大量投与 (2mmol/kg) が神経保護作用を持つことを発表したが, 今回はMgの比較的少量投与の脳虚血に対する保護効果を検討した.直達法により中大脳動脈閉塞モデルを作製した.Mg投与群 (n=13) では閉塞直後, 1.5, 3時間後にMgCl20.2mmol/kgを腹腔内投与し, 対照群 (N=13) では生食を投与した.48時間後TTCにてラットを灌流固定染色し, 梗塞容積を測定した.皮質梗塞容積は対照群82±11mm3, Mg投与群54±9mm3でMg投与群は統計学的に低値を示したが, 線条体梗塞容積は有意差を示さなかった.Mg大量投与は高血糖を誘発したが, 今回少量投与により, 血糖値などへの影響がない状態で同様の梗塞容積縮小作用が認められた.以上より, 将来脳虚血に対するMgの臨床応用の可能性が示唆された." @default.
