- W2316553847 abstract "室内微小浮遊粒子中の有害大気汚染物質の粒径別簡易測定を目的として, 浮遊粒子を10μm以上, 2.5～10μm, 2.5μm以下の3段階に分級捕集可能な低流量型のカスケードインパクターを試作し, 捕集した粒子中の元素濃度の測定法の検討を行った。捕集用フィルターには, 浮遊粒子濃度測定の有効性が認められている石英繊維フィルターと測定元素のブランク値の小さいテフロンフィルターを用いて比較した。元素組成は, サンプルを硝酸・過塩素酸・フッ化水素酸を用いて全分解したものをICP-MSで測定することにより得た。この結果, (1) ブランク値は, テフロンフィルターを用いた場合, 石英繊維フィルターに比べ非常に低く, さらにばらつきも非常に小さいことが認められた。 (2) 捕集用のテフロンシートは, 石英繊維フィルターに比べ捕集量の低下が認められたが, アピエゾングリースをフィルター上に塗布することにより正確な捕集量が得られた。 (3) 元素濃度の測定精度の試験においては, 各粒径とも5%程度から10%程度の元素が大部分であり, 良好な再現性を与えた。 (4) 一般家庭におけるサンプリングへ適用した場合でも, 測定したほとんどの元素が検出された。これらの結果から, 捕集用フィルターにアピエゾングリースを塗布したテフロンフィルターを用いることにより, 室内環境中の粒径別元素組成を簡易に測定しうることが判った。" @default.
