- W2316594603 abstract "自然気胸に対して自動縫合器を使用した胸腔鏡下肺部分切除術は標準的な術式になっているが，切除線近傍での嚢胞新生が再発の原因の一つと指摘されている．我々も自動縫合器による肺部分切除術によって再発率が高まった経験を踏まえて，嚢胞基部の肺実質を2重結紮する嚢胞結紮術を標準的な術式として採用してきた．1998年1月から2008年12月まで自然気胸に対し胸腔鏡手術を行った584例654側のうち，472例530側に嚢胞結紮術が行われた．すなわち嚢胞結紮術は全症例の81.0％に施行され，特に好発年齢の10～20代では91.7％に行われた．術後再発も5.8％であり，自動縫合器による肺部分切除術の17.8％より良好であった．嚢胞結紮術は手技が簡便なだけでなく，術後再発も明らかに少なく，また手術材料費も廉価であり，自然気胸に対する術式として有用と考える．" @default.
