- W2316762345 abstract "目的 : 複数の方法で採取された癌細胞の核クロマチン染色性について評価し, 各採取法の細胞学的有用性を検討したので報告する.方法 : 2005年1～12月に久留米大学病院で通常型膵管癌と診断された症例のうち, 内視鏡的逆行性膵管造影 (以下ERP) 下で病変近傍までカニューレ深部挿管が可能であり, 複数の細胞採取が施行された18例57検体について検討した. 採取方法は, 純粋膵液細胞診 (Pure Pancreatic Juice Cytology, 以下PPJC), 膵管擦過細胞診 (Pancreatic duct Brush Cytology, 以下PBC), ブラシ洗浄細胞診 (Brush Wash Cytology, 以下BWC) および膵管内洗浄細胞診 (Pancreatic duct Lavage Cytology, 以下PLC) とした. 本検討における核クロマチン染色性の定義は, 不鮮明化および濃縮化とした.成績 : 核クロマチン染色性の不鮮明化および濃縮化は, PPJC, PBC, BWCおよびPLCで54% (6/11), 43% (6/14), 7% (1/14) および30% (3/10) 認められた. 内容は, PPJC, BWCおよびPWCは消化酵素による核クロマチン濃縮化, PBCは塗抹時の乾燥による核クロマチン染色性の不鮮明化であった.結論 : 採取法の違いにより核クロマチン染色性に違いがみられ, なかでもブラシ洗浄細胞診は評価しやすい癌細胞が採取できる可能性が高いといえる." @default.
