- W2317155132 abstract "ブタジエン系ゴムに対するガラス系充てん剤の補強効果を高める目的で, 1-クロロブタジエン-ブタジエンゴム(CB-BR)とガラス充てん剤の反応を, 新しい非硫黄加硫剤N-(2-アミノエチル)ピペラジン(AEP)単独あるいはAEP-ジエポキシ化合物(DEP)系を用いて検討した. また, 加水分解させた1-クロロブタジエン-スチレン-ブタジエンゴム(HCB-SBR)とガラス充てん剤の反応を, ジイソシアナート(I)を架橋剤として行い, 架橋体の物性を調べた. ガラス充てん剤としてはアミノシラン系カップリング剤(AS)で処理あるいは未処理のものを用い, 0～22容積%配合した. 加硫ゴムの引張特性を検討した結果, CB-BR系ではAS処理ガラス充てん剤を容積分率で0.17配合しAEP-DEP系で架橋した架橋体が3.2MPaという最も高い引張強さを示した. HCB-SBR系でもAS処理ガラス充てん剤を配合し, I系で架橋することにより優れた物性が得られた. 非硫黄架橋剤によるガラス充てん剤とCB-BRおよびHCB-SBR間の化学結合生成がそれらの高物性の原因と考えられ, 架橋密度と充てん剤の体積分率あるいは引張応力との関係から反応機構を考察した." @default.
