- W2317274533 abstract "抽出等の前処理を必要としないX線吸収端微細構造（XANES）法によって得られたスペクトルから土壌中のCr(III)/Cr(VI)比を求める方法について，従来の手法では曖昧になっていたスペクトルの規格化条件について詳細に検討した．その手法を基に，土壌中におけるCr(VI)の拡散初期の挙動を明らかにするために，土壌カラム実験によってその価数変化を観測した．アニオンであるCr(VI)の拡散を想定しているため，土壌試料には人為的な汚染が極めて少ないと推定される超塩基性岩を母岩とする褐色森林土（鹿児島県屋久島町）および黒ボク土（栃木県日光市）の表層土壌を用いた．両土壌表層0-25 cmにCr(VI) 1000 μg mL－1を通液させ，直後に鉛直方向に1 cm間隔に細分化し，通液直後と24時間後にCr K端XANES測定を蛍光法にて行った．6010 eV付近に観測されるピーク位置で規格化を行い，Cr(VI)に起因する5990 eV付近のpre-edge peak面積に基づいたCr(III)/Cr(VI)比を求めたところ，両土壌ともに24時間後にはCr(III)への還元が定常的に確認され，24時間で少なくとも20％ のCr(VI)が還元されることがわかった．" @default.
