- W2317294007 abstract "【目的】鏡視下腱板縫合術において，アンカーを用いないARCR（SALS）を施行した2症例の術後成績及びその応用について報告する．【対象】症例1：70歳男性，術後7ケ月．症例2：60歳男性，術後8ケ月．【方法】第33回肩関節学会において石毛らが報告したSALSにほぼ準じた．原法ではK-wireを上腕骨，腱板，皮膚を貫いて体外に出しているが，その貫通を上腕骨に留め鏡視下での手技に変更した．術後評価は日本整形外科学会肩関節疾患治療成績判定基準（以下JOA score），MRI評価（菅谷分類）を用いた．【結果】JOA scoreは症例1；88点，症例2；93点．術後MRI評価はともに菅谷分類type1．【考察】SALSは断裂サイズが大きくなければ有用な手術方法の1つと考えた．また上腕骨大結節遠位での固定のため，アンカー法のサルベージにも用いることができると考える．" @default.
