- W2317385110 abstract "水酸化物型強塩基性陰イオン交換樹脂を用いるイオン排除クロマトグラフィーによるモノ,ジ及びトリエタノールアミンなどの弱塩基性アルカノールアミン類の簡便な分離定量法を開発し,化粧品中のトリエタノールアミンの分離定量に対して応用した.アルカノールアミン類は,水溶離液により主としてそれらの解離定数(pKb)の差に基づいて分離可能であったが,比較的疎水性の大きいトリエタノールアミンは吸着作用の関与を示すテイリングと再現性の乏しいクロマトグラムを示した.そこで,このイオン交換樹脂マトリックスへの吸着作用を抑制するために,溶離液として親水基(OH基)を有する多価アルコールを含む水系溶離液について検討しタところ,2%グリセリン溶離液によりアルカノールアミン類の再現性があり,しかも分離能の高いクロマトグラム(相対標準偏差1%以下)と良好な直線性(1～5mM)を有する検量線を得ることができた.本法は,種々の化粧品に対して良好に適用可能であった." @default.
