- W2317503099 abstract "目的：本研究の目的は，ジルコニアフレームや焼成条件の変化がベニアポーセレンの機械的性質に及ぼす影響を調べるため，フレーム材料，焼成温度，昇温速度による破壊靱性を検討することである． 方法：破壊靱性値の測定は，ISO15732に準じた破壊靭性試験により評価した．ジルコニアオールセラミック修復用ベニアポーセレンは，2種類の異なった厚さのジルコニアフレーム（以下ZAC）に，各3条件の焼成温度及び昇温速度にて焼成した．コントロールとして，メタルセラミック修復用ベニアポーセレン及びメタルフレーム（以下PFM）を使用した．データは，2-way ANOVA Tukey-Kramer HSD test（α=0.05）にて統計分析を行った． 結果：ZAC及びPFMの破壊靱性値は，フレーム厚さの違いや焼成温度条件では有意差はみられなかった．昇温速度条件では，ZACでは速度を速くした場合においてマニュアル条件よりも破壊靱性値は有意に低くなった（p<0.05）．また，PFMでは速度を遅くした場合においてマニュアル条件及び速い条件よりも破壊靱性値は有意に高い値となった（p<0.05）． 結論：ジルコニアオールセラミック修復用ベニアポーセレンの破壊靭性値は，フレーム厚さの違いや焼成温度による影響はみられなかったが，昇温速度を速くした場合において，有意に低い値となった．" @default.
