- W2317504096 abstract "急性大動脈解離に対する緊急手術に BioGlue® (CryoLife Inc, Kennesaw, GA, USA) を使用した経験を報告する．2011 年 8 月から 2012 年 4 月に当院で急性大動脈解離に対して BioGlue を用い断端形成し，上行大動脈置換術を施行した 7 例を評価した．手術時間 217 ± 32.7分，体外循環時間 129 ± 17.5 分，循環停止時間 25.4 ± 3.4分であった．手術死亡や術後合併症は認めなかった．術後の造影 CT では大動脈基部は全ての症例で血栓閉塞し，吻合部仮性瘤は認めなかった．また，下行大動脈は 5 例で偽腔が血栓閉塞していた．短時間で十分な強度になる BioGlue を用いることにより，迅速かつ確実な断端形成が可能であり，急性大動脈解離に対する緊急手術にBioGlue は有用であった．" @default.
