- W2317663162 abstract "品川区では公園の新設および改修を実施するにあたり，住民説明会やワークショップ，パブリックコメント等を行い，地域住民の多様なニーズを収集して，公園の計画・整備・維持管理にあたっている．しかし，従来の住民説明会等では，多くが大人のみの参加で，遊具などはじゃまだからいらないといったような大人の意見・要望が公園づくりに反映される結果となっており，本来公園をよく利用する子ども達の意見を聞く状況になっていなかった． そこで，平成20年4月に新しく策定された品川区基本構想の中で謳われている，区民と区との協働によるまちづくりの一環として，区の未来を担う子ども達の手によって，新しい公園の計画案づくりを行った．また，実際の公園整備にあたっては，公園に対し，より一層の愛着を持ってもらうため，子どもを対象とした工事見学会を開催した．公園完成後においても，子どもボランティアを公募し，花の植え替えを行うなど，公園の維持管理の中でも子ども達の参加ができないか検討を行っている． このように品川区では，公共事業の中で子どもが主体的に関わる事業において，計画・整備・維持管理の各段階において継続的に子どもが参加できる仕組みを作り，子どもと大人が共にまちづくりを担う地域意識の向上を図っていく．" @default.
