- W2317698462 abstract "微生物の炭素・エネルギー貯蔵物質として知られているPHA (Polyhydroxyalkanoate) は, 生分解性プラスチックとして近年注目されている. このPHAを活性汚泥が生産することが知られており, 活性汚泥によるPHA生産は, 廃水からの有機物回収などの面で注目に値する技術である. 本研究では, 活性汚泥によるPHA生産, 特にPHAの原料組成が活性汚泥のPHA生産に与える影響について実験的検討を行った. その結果, 原料の酢酸・プロピオン酸比を制御することによって, 生産されるPHAの3HB/3HV比を制御できる (3HV比は3～84%) こと, 一般にPHA生産を阻害するとされる窒素共存下でも十分にPHA生産が行われることが明らかとなった." @default.
