- W2317773235 abstract "架橋ポリブチルアクリレートコア, グリシジルメタクリレート (GMA) を含むポリメチルメタクリレート (PMMA) 系シェルからなる2層コアシェル型ポリマー粒子 (CSP) は, ポリブチレンテレフタレート (PBT) 中での分散が悪いため, PBTの耐衝撃性改良効果は不十分だが, GMAを含む中間層, PMMA系シェルを設けた3層CSPは, PBTへの分散性が改良され, 高い耐衝撃性改良効果が発現した. この3層CSPの粒子径を0.3μmにした時, 最高の耐衝撃効果を発揮するのは, 粒子表面から5～10 nmの距離にポリグリシジルメタクリレート (PGMA) 中間層が1 wt%存在する時であった. これらの結果より, CSPが最高のPBTへの耐衝撃改良効果を発揮するのは, 乳化重合で生成した粒子の大きさで分散する時であり, このためCSPとPBTの界面を安定化させるグラフトポリマーの生成が必要であるが, このグラフトポリマーは本質的に界面でのPBTの変形可塑化能を損ない, 耐衝撃性を低下させるので, 最適なGMA量が存在することが考察された." @default.
