- W2317963154 abstract "補中益気湯は，1型ヘルパー細胞(Th1)と2型ヘルパー細胞(Th2)のバランスの補正効果があるとされ，アトピー性皮膚炎に対し，有効例が多く報告されている。そこで，虚弱体質を有する成人アトピー性皮膚炎患者に対し，標準的治療に加え補中益気湯を併用し，その効果を検討した。12週間投与とし，内服開始前と投与後で臨床効果および末梢血単核球でのTh1，Th2を比較検討した。なお，Th1，Th2はSRL社に依頼し測定した。対象とした7名の罹病期間は7年～50年であり，いずれも長期間の経過を有していた。臨床効果は増悪3例，不変1例，軽快3例であったが，増悪例はいずれもごく軽度の増悪であった。治療前のTh1は17.8%±5.0%(13.7%～25.5%)，Th2は2.3%±1.0%(1.3%～3.9%)であり，治療後はそれぞれ17.7%±7.1%(11.6%～30.1%)，2.6%±1.2%(1.5%～4.6%)であった。そこで，Th1/Th2をとると，治療前9.4±3.8(4.1～16.2)，治療後7.7±3.7(4.0～15.9)で，有意な低下を認め(p<0.05)，ほぼ不変であった1例を除き全例で低下していた。以上の結果より，補中益気湯は，従来考えられていたTh2優位な状態を抑制する作用のみならず，他の作用も示唆され，慢性で症状が一進一退のアトピー性皮膚炎に試みても良い治療と考えた。" @default.
