- W2318165942 abstract "近年，樹状細胞を用いた悪性腫瘍に対する免疫療法は特に注目を集めており，腫瘍抗原特異的な抗腫瘍効果の誘導を目指した臨床試験が世界各国のさまざまな施設で行われてきた。樹状細胞は生体内において最も強力な抗原提示細胞であり，T細胞を中心とした免疫担当細胞を調節し，腫瘍特異的な免疫反応を誘導するうえで重要な存在だと言える。この樹状細胞を用いた免疫療法は1996年に悪性リンパ腫に対して初めて臨床試験が行われ，2010年4月にはホルモン療法抵抗性の転移性前立腺がんに対する樹状細胞療法（sipuleucel-T）の製造販売が初めてFDAにより認可された。これまでのところ樹状細胞を用いた抗腫瘍免疫療法は腫瘍抗原が明らかとなっているペプチドのパルス療法が主体となっており，その他腫瘍抗原自体やその溶解成分，またはRNAをトランスフェクトする方法なども行われてきた。これらの方法は腫瘍抗原の同定が必要であるが，腫瘍抗原が未だ同定されていないものも多く存在する。このような腫瘍に対しては腫瘍細胞と樹状細胞をポリエチレングリコールにて処理した融合細胞によるワクチンが有効と考えられる。本稿では現在までに筆者らが行ってきた樹状細胞と腫瘍細胞からなる融合細胞を用いた免疫療法とその抗腫瘍免疫の機序について概説し，頭頸部腫瘍に対する免疫療法の現状についても言及したい。" @default.
