- W2318242074 abstract "すきま内に蓄積した塩化物と腐食特性との関係を明らかにするために，SUS436Lを用いてスポット溶接によりすきまを形成して，NaCl水溶液噴霧，乾燥，湿潤過程からなる乾湿繰り返し試験を行った．すきま内に蓄積した塩化物は，噴霧NaCl水溶液に由来するNaClであり，少量の金属塩化物を含む．すきま内の塩化物量は，噴霧NaCl水溶液濃度に依存した．噴霧NaCl水溶液濃度が0.86 kmol･m－3のときに，すきま内のCl量が約20 mmol･m－2に到達してサイクル数とともに最大腐食深さが増加した．すきま内のCl量が約20 mmol･m－2に到達したとき，（Fe＋Cr）量は約0.5 mmol･m－2に到達した．（Fe＋Cr）量が約0.5 mmol･m－2のとき，すきま内のpHはSUS436Lの脱不働態化pH以下に達していると考えられた．深さ方向に腐食を成長させるには，すきま内にある一定濃度以上の金属塩化物を含む塩化物を蓄積する必要がある．" @default.
