- W2318302549 abstract "スチレン系エラストマー(スチレン-水素添加イソプレントリブロック共重合体, 以下HSIS)をメタクリル酸メチル(MMA)でグラフト重合させることによりエラストマーの改質を行った. グラフト重合において幹ポリマー量, 温度変化, 触媒濃度など諸因子の検討を行い, 得られたグラフト体のグラフト率における機械的性質(引張衝撃強度, 引張強度), およびグラフト体とPMMAとのブレンドの機械的性質について検討した. グラフト体の機械的強度はグラフト率10%で極大値を示し, その後引張強度はグラフト率の増加とともに低下した. 引張衝撃強度は3倍以上改善した. グラフト体はグラフト率が高くなるにしたがい硬く無色透明なポリマーが得られた. ブレンドの引張衝撃強度はグラフト体を5～10%PMMAにブレンドすると高くなるが, それ以上グラフト体をPMMAにブレンドすると相溶性が悪くなり引張衝撃強度は低下した. ブレンドは高グラフト率のグラフト体を適度の割合でPMMAにブレンドするとPMMAの透明性を保ちつつ相溶性がよく, 引張衝撃強度が高くなることがわかった." @default.
