- W2318876838 abstract "平成9年1月に催された会合に参加した30人のうちに12人の下痢・嘔吐を主症状とした患者が発生した.うち5人が3～6日の入院加療を要した. 12人の発症者のうち10人が生カキを摂食しており,同食材が原因である可能性が疑われ原因病原体について検索を行った.発症3日目に採取した便材料の細菌学的検査と血清中のIgM-HA抗体, HA抗体は全て陰性であった.無症状者を含む18名から急性期および回復期の血清を採取し,小型球形ウイルス(small round-structured virus: SRSV)に対する抗体価の変動を調べた結果, 7例で明らかな抗体上昇が見られた. 1例を除いては臨床症状とSRSV抗体価の変動は一致していた.以上のことから今回の下痢患者の集団発生は生カキを介したSRSVの感染により起こったものと考えられた." @default.
