- W2318900618 abstract "受身凝集反応試薬に用いられる粒子として, ニワトリ, ヒツジ, およびヒトのO型固定血球ラテックス, 高比重複合粒子, ポリアミノ酸粒子およびゼラチン粒子などが知られている. 今回, 我々が調製したゼラチン粒子の特性と受身凝集反応試薬に用いる担体としての有用性に関して検討を行った. ゼラチンとアラビァゴムとの複合コアセルベーションにより形成された粒子をグルタルアルデヒドおよびホルマリンで固定を行い, ゼラチン粒子を調製した. 得られたゼラチン粒子は調製時のpHを変化することにより15～4μmまでコントロール可能であった. ゼラチン粒子の電気泳動移動度測定により, 等電点はpH2.5～3の範囲であった. マイクロプレートを用いた受身凝集反応に適した粒子径は2.5μmであり, プレート静置後, 2時間で判定可能であった. また調製時の色素を選ぶことにより赤, 青, 紫色のゼラチン粒子を得ることができた. 複合コアセルベーションにより調製されたゼラチン粒子は, 大きさ, 電気泳動移動度を一定範囲内で制御することができ, 受身凝集反応試薬に用いる担体として優れた素材である." @default.
