• W2319344838 abstract "【目的】わが国は，戦後急速な経済復興と共に，生活習慣の欧米化が進み，それに伴い肥満，脂質異常症，糖尿病などの心血管疾患の危険因子が増加している。わが国では，血圧コントロールと共に，脳血管疾患による死亡率は減少し，最近はほぼ心血管疾患と肩を並べるところまで減少した。これは食塩摂取制限により，高血圧の頻度が減少し，それゆえに脳出血が劇的に減少したことによる。このような動脈硬化性疾患の危険因子として，高血圧に変わって問題になったのがコレステロールや肥満・糖尿病の問題である。わが国では，生活習慣の欧米化に伴い，コレステロールレベルは増加の一途をたどり，ほぼアメリカ並みになった。重要なことは，心血管イベントの発症には数十年を要するということであり，それゆえ，わが国のガイドラインは心血管イベントの増加を予防するためのガイドラインと位置付ける事ができる。心血管イベント予防のためには，血圧，糖尿病，喫煙などの包括的管理が重要であるが，脂質異常症は冠動脈疾患予防のためには最も重要なことである。わが国の食形態は，動脈硬化予防のためには適していると考え，わが国の疫学研究をもとに動脈硬化予防のための食事について検討した，その結果，動物性脂肪摂取を抑え，魚類などのn3系多価不飽和脂肪酸摂取を多くし，大豆，果物，野菜などを中心とした伝統的日本食が動脈硬化予防のためには適しており，推奨されるものと考えられた。" @default.
