- W2319897301 abstract "【目的】本研究の目的は，適切な栄養管理下におけるコンバインドエクササイズ直後のホエイたんぱく質の摂取が，高齢者の身体組成と身体機能に与える影響について検証することである。【方法】対象者は地域在住の高齢者24名（男性6名と女性18名，66.2±4.8歳）とし，ホエイたんぱく質飲料を摂取する群（PRO群：12名）とカロリーゼロのプラセボ飲料を摂取する群（PLA群：12名）の2群に無作為に分けた。運動介入は，週2回9週間に渡るレジスタンス運動と有酸素性運動を組み合わせたコンバインドエクササイズとした。栄養介入方法は，PRO群はコンバインドエクササイズ直後にホエイたんぱく質飲料を，PLA群はコンバインドエクササイズ直後にプラセボ飲料を摂取させた。さらに本研究では，介入中の対象者の栄養状態を把握し，栄養管理を適切に行った。また，介入前後に身体組成や膝伸展筋力，Timed Up & Go（TUG），5 m最大歩行速度などの身体機能を測定した。【結果】PRO群は介入後の除脂肪量（LBM）と膝伸展筋力，TUG，5 m 最大歩行速度の値が，介入前と比べ有意に高い値であった（p＜0.01）。また，PRO群のΔLBMとΔ膝伸展筋力，ΔTUG，Δ5 m最大歩行速度は，PLA群と比べ有意に高い値であった（Δ膝伸展筋力とΔTUG：p＜0.05，ΔLBMとΔ5 m最大歩行速度：p＜0.01）。【結論】本研究の結果より，適切な栄養管理の実施とコンバインドエクササイズ直後のホエイたんぱく質の摂取は，高齢者の骨格筋量や身体機能を改善させる可能性が示唆された。" @default.
