- W2319968314 abstract "継続的な経済成長を続けるベトナム社会主義共和国で，同国最大の段ボール原紙工場VINA KRAFT PAPER CO., LTD.（以下VKPC）が2009年4月に操業を開始した。1台の抄紙機でライナー，中芯を生産し年間生産量は220千tと同国の需要の約20％を占めている。VKPCはタイのSCG Paper社と日本のレンゴー（株）との合弁会社で，互いの経験を活かしながら安定操業に向けた取り組みを続けてきた。VKPCでは，段ボール古紙を主原料として使用しているが，そのうちの80％を占める国内古紙と，アメリカからの輸入古紙は多くの夾雑物を含んでいる。原質工程では異物の除去が大きな課題である一方，古紙価格は日本のそれよりも高いため繊維回収も重要な要素である。操業開始以降，デトラッシュシステムを強化すると共に，分級工程を活用することで繊維の回収及び省エネに取り組んでいる。東南アジアでは，紙力剤として安価であるデンプンを多量に使用するため，排水中のCOD濃度が高くなる。また，排水基準も非常に厳しいためVKPCでは嫌気性処理に加え，高次処理も有している。嫌気性処理で副生成物として発生するメタンガスはボイラー燃料として利用し，石炭消費量の削減に寄与している。また，高次処理は加圧浮上と薬品処理を並列で利用することで，厳しい排水基準を順守しつつも薬品費の上昇を抑えている。ベトナムでは，経済成長に伴い段ボール原紙の需要も伸びると予想されており，VKPCでも生産量アップと品質の向上を目的とした工事を本年7月に実施する。今後もベトナム市場に高品質の原紙を安定的に供給できるよう努めていく。" @default.
