- W2319975425 abstract "潰瘍性大腸炎（UC）とクローン病（CD）は炎症性腸疾患の二大疾患であるが，一部に鑑別困難例が存在する．我々はプロテオミクスにより両疾患の鑑別診断を試みた． UC 17例，CD 13例，健常人17例の末梢血単核球（PBMC）から蛋白質を抽出し，2D-DIGEを行い，全547個の蛋白質スポットを検出した．3群間で有意差を示した276個のスポット強度を用いた多変量解析でUCとCDの判別モデルを作製したところ，両疾患を2群に分けることができた．判別への関与が高かったスポット58個にて新たな判別モデルを作製したところ，未知の症例での診断能が向上した．これらには炎症や酸化・還元等に関与する7種の蛋白質が含まれていた． 我々以外にも血清等のプロテオミクスにより両疾患の鑑別診断が試みられているが，有用性の評価はなされていない．今後モデルを新規症例にて評価し，UCとCDを鑑別するバイオマーカーを確立していきたい．" @default.
