- W2320005035 abstract "環境問題は客観的な環境の変化だけでは成立しない．現象が社会的に認められて，それが問題状況にあるとの言説が広まり，支持されることで成立する．ある環境変化（将来に予想される変化）を社会問題に仕立てていく原動力の一つに市民・住民運動がある．その発生の仕方や，担い手の社会経済的あるいは文化的属性が異なるので，当然のこととして環境運動の性格は地域によって異なる．結果として，環境運動の訴える環境問題も地域的な特徴を有したものになる．環境運動を研究するには，さまざまなアプローチがあるが，本稿では地域的な視点から環境運動にアプローチすることに焦点をあて，その場合の分析視点について試論を述べる．地域と環境運動の関わりについて，運動への地域性の反映という着目の仕方と，運動の地域への働きかけに着目する仕方があり，それぞれについて，筆者が行った研究をもとに，いかなる論点があるのかを例示的に示してみたい．" @default.
