Donemsel olarak dizde bosalma, kilitlenme, takilma hisleri ve tekrar eden diz efuzyonlari, patellanin tekrarlayan cikiklarinda gorulen en onemli bulgulardir. Bunlar icerisinde ise, patella cikigi en ciddi olanidir. Patellofemoral displazide erken tedavi, artroz gelisimini onleme acisindan onem tasir. Asiri kullanim yaralanmalari ise, cesitli risk faktorleri ile olusan ve ozellikle ergenlerde buyume atagi sirasinda gorulen sorunlardir. Bunlar icerisinde, Osgood-Schlatter hastaligi ve Sinding-Larsen-Johansson sendromu en sik gorulen patolojilerdir. Patella-troklear osteokondritis, tekrarlayan eklem asiri yuklenmesi sonucu meydana gelen ve siklikla patellar yari cikigin eslik ettigi bir sorundur. Osteonekroz bir kez gelistikten sonra subkondral kirik, ostekondral ayrilma ve eklem faresi (serbest cisim) olusmasi, agri ve mekanik semptomlarin gelismesine neden olur. Septalarin normal fizyolojik gerilemelerini tam olarak gerceklestirememesi sonucu, dizde ve ozellikle suprapatellar bolgede sinoviyal plikalar olusabilir. Bu durum, hastalarda her zaman semptomatik bir rahasizlik ile sonuclanmaz." @default.
