- W2320982097 abstract "視能訓練士の臨地実習では、従来、段階的な認定評価を用いていたが、多施設にわたる実習指導者の主観に左右される部分が大きく、評価基準を実習施設間で統一することが困難であった。また一部の実習生は、実習指導者による客観評価が実習生自身の自己評価より低いにも関わらず、その要因を見出して自己の課題に取り組むことができないことがある。 これらの現状に対して、本研究では新しい試みとしてルーブリックによる評価を視能訓練士の臨地実習に導入し、その有用性について検討したので報告する。 対象は、A大学実習生37名（男性4名、女性33名、20.3±0.5歳）であった。 ルーブリックとは評価項目について段階的な判定基準が具体的に記されており、誰が評価しても結果が変わりにくいといわれている。ルーブリックの項目は実習の基本的事項を考慮した上で、6項目を作成した。評価は、良い（3ポイント）、普通（2ポイント）、もう少し（1ポイント）、不十分（0ポイント）の4段階とし、それぞれに具体的な判定基準を設けた。臨地実習終了後には、実習生（自己評価）と実習指導者（客観評価）のそれぞれからルーブリックの回答を得た。 実習生には臨地実習の開始前にルーブリックを参照させることで、実習中の行動指針を明確化させることができた。またルーブリックには評価の判定基準が具体的に記されており、実習生と実習指導者の両者にとって評価の客観性向上に役立つと考えられた。" @default.
